Maintel, the cloud and managed service specialist, has appointment Czarina Sheikh Mathew as Customer Experience Director. She will be responsible for reviewing and improving Maintel’s engagement with customers.

Mathew has over 25 years’ experience in customer-orientated roles, including Head of Customer Experience at Intrinsic which was acquired by Maintel in 2017, providing her with a comprehensive grasp of Maintel’s customer base. Mathew will also bring experience from her previous positions at DotOnes, Advanced 365 and HP Enterprise Security Services.
